Charles Blilie is a software consultant with more than 20 years of experience specializing in XML, software architecture, electronic commerce, and scientific programming. He has a Ph.D. in nuclear physics, has taught as an adjunct professor of physics, and is the author of many articles in scientific journals and technical reports.
